Job description
💪 Team:
Tu rejoindras l'équipe RH de Click&Boat, une Business Unit composée de 7 personnes, basées à Paris et Barcelone.
Dans le cadre de tes missions, tu seras directement rattaché(e) à Tiphaine, VP RH.
🚀 Missions:
Gestion du bureau : S'assurer que les espaces de travail soient agréables et conviviaux (que les espaces soient bien rangés, décorés, que tout soit fonctionnel, etc), assurer les commandes et les anticiper (fruits, courses, fournitures etc), gérer les envois de colis / courriers à la poste.
Gestion des events : Aller chercher le petit déjeuner à la boulangerie le lundi matin et l'installer pour l'équipe, s'occuper des afterwork mensuels (préparation en fin d'après-midi et nettoyage le lendemain matin).
Gestion des voyages professionnels : S'occuper du transport et du logement de nos collaborateurs lorsqu'ils doivent se déplacer d'un bureau à l'autre ou bien sur un salon.
Etre force de proposition et à l'écoute des demandes des équipes !
Contrat de 25h hebdomadaires lundi, mardi et jeudi (jours de présentiel des équipes).
Présentiel obligatoire à Boulogne-Billancourt Pont de Saint-Cloud.

Profil recherché
Tu sais prioriser tes tâches, t'adapter et tu es organisé(e) et rigoureux(se).
Tu es réactif(ve) et débrouillard(e), tu sais faire face aux inconnues et trouver / proposer des solutions.
Tu aimes aller au bout de tes projets et anticiper.
Tu es sociable, tu es à l'écoute, tu as l'esprit d'équipe et tu es à l'aise en groupe.
Pour communiquer avec nos équipes internationales, parler anglais couramment est un plus.
